Runa Reno has been with Booking.com for more than 4 years and is currently leading a team of analysts. Since early 2022 is one of the co-chairs of B.equal, Booking.com’s women employee resource group, whose vision is to attract, retain and grow women within the company. Runa feels passionate about bringing people together around a common purpose and believes in prioritizing impact for the most marginalized identities in the community. To help her achieve that in her role she brings a strong multicultural experience, leadership skills and a commitment to elevate the voices of her colleagues around the world.
