Launched in 2021 in partnership with sponsors including the Ministry of Defence, Morgan Stanley, Bupa, ASDA and FIS, the everywoman Global Summit returns this November and enables corporates to upskill all parts of their business to help them achieve their gender diversity and inclusion goals.
The online summit brings together over 500 senior women leaders, rising stars and allies from a broad range of industries across all major continents to share global best practice in gender diversity and inclusion.
The summit will equip all teams to achieve their
gender inclusion goals. Building on the 2021 event which defined best practice and metrics, the 2022 programme progresses from metrics to implementation.
Inclusive leaders, learn how to:
Build your own path to the c-suite and support other women and allies in their careers
Create a sense of belonging for intersectional colleagues, drilling down into neurodiversity, disability, LGBTQ+ and ethnicity
Move from metrics to implementation to improve gender diversity
Get official certification for your role as an inclusive or ERG leader
Support your team’s mental health and wellbeing
Helping women achieve their potential:
Overcoming your self-limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome
Advice on getting ahead in a hybrid work environment
Make new connections to challenge your thinking and support your career journey
Hear inspirational stories from powerful women who have driven positive change through their careers
