Varsha works as Transport Operations Manager for Wincanton at Northampton Sainsburys contract. Northampton Sainsburys DC is National distribution centre for frozen goods and regional distribution centre for chilled, produce and ambient goods.  During her day-to-day work Varsha is jointly responsible for team of team managers, shift managers, 200+ drivers and fleet of over 100 trucks.   

Varsha is based in Rugby and started in the industry as Transport Clerk.  She progressed into various managerial roles through her fearlessness, hard work, sincerity and ‘can do attitude’.  

In her spare time, she loves painting with pastel colours.  She is an ardent lover of Quantum Physics and is also an amateur Astronomer.   She has delivered talks on topics including Mental Health and is also a seasoned Yoga teacher.
