Having worked in Technology & Operations for several years, Sarah is now the Head for EU Supply Chain Training & Employee Experience at Wayfair. Sarah’s role covers both Learning & Development and Employee Engagement in Supply Chain working as part of a Global Team supporting Wayfair’s Fulfilment Centres and Home Delivery Operations. Sarah has a passion for driving an engaged and inclusive supply chain workforce and outside of work has an enthusiasm for supporting young people with their careers, particularly into STEM topics through mentoring and coaching.
