Samantha is a 33-year-old Operations Manager for Abellio London running our Twickenham Depot operation, as well as a Wife and Mother to two beautiful boys, aged 6 and 3. 

After joining the industry back in 2010 as an administrator, Samantha fell in love with the industry and the amazing people in it immediately and it was then that she knew that this was where she was meant to be and where she could make a difference. 

Since then,  Samantha have seized every opportunity to learn and develop which has allowed me to progress through different roles including Driver Manager and Relief Operations Manager before securing a full-time role as Operations Manager in March 2021.
