Pip’s career began as a Sales Support Team Leader, she was quickly promoted to Project Manager, Strategy Development Manager and Programme Office Manager. Pip’s current position is Transformation Advisor and she celebrated 21 years with the business this year and over this time has gained extensive knowledge of the business and has been involved in multiple major transformations. Pip always applies a very customer centric approach to her work and as the Lead for Culture Immersion she developed and managed the deployment of the new culture values across the both organisations in the UK to 1,500 Managers.
