I am Sea Freight Manager at TPS Global Logistics, I joined the company 7 years ago as an apprentice. 

As head of the sea freight department I oversee a team of 3 including my own apprentice. My role includes account management of key clients, negotiating contracts, rates and routes, billing, and overseeing all phases of the shipment. As well as producing management reports, statistical and unit-cost analysis. 

I am proud that I not only retained every sea freight customer throughout the difficult period of covid, lockdown and the huge increase in rates, but also delivered new business through customer referral.
