Interested in beginning a career and advancing my personal development, I began my journey in the T&L industry by accepting the role of an Apprentice Recruitment Advisor with Kinaxia Logistics. Undertaking an apprenticeship has allowed for the combination of continuing my education whilst gaining experience within a job role. Alongside my studies, I have gained valuable knowledge of the different aspects of the industry through communicating with individuals across a variety of roles within the sector. Upon the completion of my apprenticeship, I aspire to continue to encourage further diverse talent to establish a career within the transport and logistics industry.
