Nikki is the General Manager for Wincanton’s Lichfield DC flagship customers Screwfix which is over 500k sqft and 700 colleagues. Nikki has been with Wincanton for 8 years in various Logistics and Operational roles in our Grocery, Digital and General Merchandise set ups from new start-ups to running established operations. Nikki has always had a passion for logistics from schooling where she was the only female to study business at GCSE’s – ‘thinking why I was the only one?’. This never stopped her pursing and developing a career in the logistics sector at pace and encouraging more women to join.
