Nicky McGroarty qualified as CIMA Management Accountant 20 years ago having worked in finance for a high street Retailer. Following an early career in retail Nicky decided to move into Telecommunications in 2003 and joined O2 Mobile.

16 Years ago, Nicky moved from Finance to Supply Chain and it wasn’t long before with Nicky’s long standing financial background coupled with her strong commercial acumen and ambitious nature, she found herself heading up the Supply Chain Team responsible for leading a team of c50 individuals managing the end-to-end supply chain including inventory, planning, logistics, and supplier/contract management with a substantial budget in the billions.

Nicky’s passion is for the customer, unlocking the potential of best-in-class Supply Chain partnerships to deliver differentiated and cost-efficient customer experiences.

Nicky is married with 3 children and most weekends are spent running, walking, or cycling in the countryside.
