Hi! I’m Madelaine Thatcher, I am the Facilities & Operations Support Manager at CEVA Logistics, in Kettering. I have worked in T & L for 22 years – 9 with CEVA.

My day to role is management of facilities and admin across a large multi-client warehouse. My top 2 passions are CSR and empowering my admin colleagues.

My job is more than just servicing forklifts and managing payroll, I get the opportunity to draw on the attributes that define me as a woman in this fast paced, sometimes challenging environment. No two days are the same, ever and I love it!
