Originally hailing from Brisbane, Australia, Lauren has called London her home – and Transport for London her company – for the last seven years. Lauren leads travel demand management (TDM) projects for some of the organisation’s highest profile and most complex infrastructure projects and events, helping millions of people to move around the capital with minimal disruption, crowding and congestion. Most recently, Lauren has spearheaded the TDM effort for the seventeen week closure of the Northern line – one of London’s busiest connections into the City, requiring London’s largest TDM campaign since the Olympics – successfully managing the impact of the closure on 250,000 people every day.
