Justin Trotman is Managing Director Road Network Northern Europe for FedEx Express. Responsible for the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Baltics and Russia for all linehaul activities including H&S, People, Operational Service and Costs.

With over 33 years’ experience in transport and logistics; Justin started his career at TNT as Sales Statistics Clerk in 1989. Progressing rapidly through the business into Sales Office Supervisor and Sales Manager roles. Justin then moved into various Operational management positions before moving into General and Regional Management across the UK from Maidstone to Rotherham. 

Moving to Head of Central Operations, a position held for 10 years, before moving into his current role of MD Road Network Northern Europe.
