Georgia Thompson is a Civil Engineer, Inclusion Advocate and an Assistant Design Programme Manager working for Bam Nuttall on the EKFB Joint Venture. EKFB have been appointed by HS2 to deliver 80km of civil engineering works including 15 viaducts and 81 bridges. She is responsible for integrating the permanent and temporary designers for the successful delivery of the design phase. Georgia is an inclusion advocate and drives behavioural change towards creating a more inclusive working environment. She believes creating truly inclusive environments is imperative to attracting and retaining diverse talent. Georgia is also an Engineers Without Borders Change Maker and supports their work of globally responsible engineering.
