Faye Calland is the Senior Manager for the Same Day business and is responsible for the UK Same Day operation, a position which she has held since 2015. As the head of the Operation she focuses on Operational excellence and Customer Service ensuring there is a stable platform for profitable growth. Faye is instrumental in the design and deployment of objectives which are aligned to organisational strategy, focussing on profitable growth underpinned by outstanding service quality. 

Faye is passionate about supporting women in business and has played a lead role as the in the FedEx UK Women’s Inclusive Network since 2018. In 2021, Faye was appointed as the UK Chair for the ‘WiN’ which has over 400 people in the network.
