Eylem Zagli

Eylem is a Customer Care Planning & Engineering Manager at FedEx International. In this role she is leading international and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless Customer Experience across the globe.

She is passionate about people, technology and business agility, where she tries to bring them together in her leadership style at work. She is providing mentorship to young women and men which keeps her connected to the multi-cultural, new generation.

Outside of work, Eylem devotes her time to Turkish Classical Music choirs as an amateur singer and various associations/charities. She also enjoys meeting with friends and travelling with the family to explore new cultures.
