Emma Archer is the Compliance and Continuous Improvement Manager for S&S Distribution, a Palletline Logistics company.  Emma has forged a diverse career within the company spanning almost 20 years, during which time she has worked in numerous areas of the business building her knowledge. She then progressed to managerial roles using her vast experience in the development of people and processes across the business.  Emma has an empathic approach to leadership and is also invested in promoting a positive health and safety culture.  Emma finds the mentoring and development of others very rewarding.  Throughout her career she has seized every training opportunity offered, and in 2017 I achieved her Transport Manager CPC which led her into her current role.  When Emma is not working, she enjoys family time and city breaks.
