Cait is a Senior Shift Manager in CCEP’s largest GB distribution centre, Operating 24/7 they turn around 360 vehicles including 25,000 manually picked cases every day. 

She began her career 7 years ago as CCEP’s first Business Apprentice, and was twice awarded Apprentice of the Year.

Throughout her career Cait has proudly taken an active role recruiting and supporting women, particularly those on the Kickstarter and Apprentice programs.

She is also passionate about supporting neurodiverse individual like herself, entering and progressing in our industry.
