Beth started my Amazon journey after she graduated from University of Southampton in July 2019, with a degree in Environmental Sciences. It has been a journey full of new experiences and many ‘firsts’. Working for Amazon has taught her a great deal about herself, how to successfully manage people and how to deliver impactful results. As a woman who has started her career in the T&L industry Beth have learned many lessons from both positive and negative experiences, and her aim is now to contribute to creating a more supportive environment for future generations of women.
