I’ve worked now for Asda Logistics Services for coming up towards seven years, having joined the business in mid-2015. The time I’ve spent with ALS has been extremely rewarding, with me holding four roles with the organisation in that time. Having started as a Warehouse Shift Manager, I progressed into a Planning Manager role in 2018, was promoted to an Operations Manager role in 2019 and then into my current General Manager role in 2019. Over the past seven years I have had the pleasure of sponsoring a number of female leaders through their individual development.
