Parveen currently leads Strategic Insight at HS1. She developed her passion and expertise for consumer research and insight over a 13-year span, working agency-side first and then client-side for brands including Unilever, Experian, and New Look. 

Parveen is a pivotal thinker for the business, conceptualising and influencing the implementation of innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and shape future business strategies. Parveen is also an active member of the Wider Leadership Team, supporting the COVID-19 recovery and providing thought leadership into developing HS1’s long term strategy.
