Liam is accountable for the Technology that underpins Tesco’s end to end Fulfilment.

Store Fulfilment covers the systems operating 26 depots in UK and Ireland and the scheduling, routing and tracking of Secondary Transport for delivery into 3,800+ stores.

Customer Fulfilment covers the 150,000 daily Grocery Home Shopping orders that are picked out of Tesco’s stores, dedicated Customer Fulfilment Centres and Micro Fulfilment sites. This includes the scheduling and tracking of deliveries to customer’s doors or Click and Collect locations.

Liam joined Tesco in 2007 and has held Programme and Engineering roles across Retail (the systems that support store operations), Fulfilment and Finance for UK, Ireland, Central Europe and Asia operations.
