Kelly Warburton is Chief Commercial Officer at the Global Centre of Rail Excellence, leading the commercial strategy for GCRE Ltd as it constructs a new £400 million rail innovation, testing and certification facility in South Wales, due to open in 2025. Kelly was previously Managing Director UK & Europe for Unipart Rail and has nearly 25 years’ experience in the sector. Mum to Sophia, Kelly holds a Degree in International Business with Languages, as well as an MBA in Management.
