As Managing Director, Road Network Operations, Julie is responsible for directing the largest hub operations in Europe for FedEx. Her remit includes the United Kingdom and Nordic domestic and international road hub operations. She is responsible for developing and executing effective strategies, plans and controls to ensure safe operations, optimum profitability, and reliable service.

Julie joined FedEx Express in 2005 in Miami and has held a variety of positions within the business including Managing Director, Field Planning & Engineering. Julie managed the Program Management Office, overseeing multiple integrations in the Latin America and Caribbean region prior to moving to the United Kingdom in 2018. She also project managed the development and implementation of the domestic service product launch in Mexico.

Prior to joining FedEx Julie spent five years working as a management consultant in Washington DC including projects for the National Park Service, Department of Defense, Department of State, and Veterans Administration.

Julie studied Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, after this she went on to do a Masters in Engineer Management (MSEM) at George Washington University.
