Heidi has 30 year experience across multiple supply chain disciplines within Henkel Consumer Adhesives, culminating in my current responsibility for all warehousing and transportation operations in UK, Ireland, Nordic and Baltic regions. A mix of self-managed warehouse operations and 3PL sites, plus a spectrum of 3PL and 4PL transport suppliers across different European countries mean she has gained a broad understanding and respect for diversity of gender and culture within the Logistics industry.
