David McLoughlin is an experienced rail and construction executive, a Chartered Management Accountant and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

He has over 30 years’ commercial experience working with some of the best-known construction companies in the UK holding high profile roles including Finance & Commercial Director for Network Rail’s Infrastructure Projects division, Chief Executive of The Spencer Group, Associate Director at KPMG and MD of the Utilities division of Amey.

He is currently the CEO of Business Daily Group which he started in 2017 and incorporates railbusinessdaily.com, RBD Publications, RBD Stride, RBD Advisory and FMBusinessDaily. He has several Non-Executive Director roles.
