Caroline Welch is the Apprenticeship Manger for Go-Ahead London which is the largest bus operator in the Capital. She led on shaping and implementing a groundbreaking apprenticeship programme as the first employee provider in her sector. Caroline is responsible for developing and ensuring apprentices successfully complete their apprenticeship to gain a national recognised qualification with a team which she handpicked. To date, her apprentices have achieved a 100% pass rate. Caroline has also taught several females to become bus drivers, inspiring them to progress within the transport industry.
