Kate has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and patient recruitment industry whilst working in clinical operations and patient recruitment positions. Kate is a vocal advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion in clinical research as well as in the workplace having featured in different publications to discuss the pressing issue of lack of diversity in clinical trials.
