The Women’s Work Lab C.I.C supports Mums to transform their lives by rebuilding their confidence and helping them on their journey to find work that works for them and their families. We create space and support for ALL Mums – irrespective of their past – to help them recognise their brilliance and build a financially secure future for themselves and their children. 

The 9 month programmes combine bespoke classroom training with a work placement, 121 career coaching and mentoring.  By building confidence, ambition and employability skills we unlock the potential in our Mums and lay the foundations for a brighter future.

As social entrepreneurs Camilla and Rachel both get excited about solving big problems related to mums and work. Camilla left a 15 year career in senior communications roles for household brands including Dyson & OVO Energy, to set up WWL with Rachel in 2019. Rachel has spent the majority of her career working with women’s issues, as both a journalist, media trainer and communications consultant. Both are driven by enabling all Mums to become the best versions of themselves, whatever that looks like. They have now supported 150+ Mums and are proud to be building a kind and compassionate business.
