Aoise Keogan Nooshabadi

Aoise is the Co-founder and COO of Supply Change, a tech-for-good social enterprise helping organisations buy from social enterprise suppliers of goods and services.    

Supply Change has grown into an award-winning tech-for-good social enterprise, backed by the likes of Deutsche Bank, Investec, London and Partners and The Funding Network. Supply Change has been named by Natwest as a Trailblazing Newcomer in their Top 100 Social Enterprise List, three years running. Aoise was named as a Natwest, Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise in 2020 and listed on the Business Quarterly UK Social Entrepreneur Index, as ‘One to Watch’ in 2019. In 2021 Aoise was invited to be a 20:40 member as well as a fellow of The Royal Society of the Arts in recognition of her work in the social procurement space. She is committed to social entrepreneurship, specifically young people succeeding in social impact and has served as a Queen Mary’s University London Incubator Mentor, Digital Opportunity Trust Youth Leadership Advisory Board member and sat on the Gradventure, Judging panel. She is a Catalyst 2030 Founding Member and currently sits on Working Group 7, leveraging private sector relationships to contribute to wider systems change.
